Founder & Executive Director. Eve Schatz was a two-term founding member on the Berkshire Commission on the Status of Women where she served on the Program and Legislative Committees. In 2007 she was honored at the Boston State House as Great Barrington’s Unsung Heroine for founding the Berkshire Center for Justice.
Mr. Cooney is a retired attorney specializing in Elder Law from Washington, D.C. who uses his rich legal background when he conducts intakes and staffs the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
Has a long history with social justice and answers our telephone. She also advises us on nonprofit growth possibilities.
